he therapeutic effectiveness of Raktda arises from the synergistic action of various herbs and minerals working within the body at five distinct levels:
Rakta Dhatu (Blood): Kant Lauh Bhasma and Mandoor Bhasma provide direct nutrition and enhance iron absorption, which helps balance pitta. This can also alleviate swelling (sotha) caused by pandu rog (anaemia).
Agni (Digestive Fire): Raktda stimulates Kaya and Dhatu Agni due to herbs such as Laung Nagkeshar, Elaichi, Tej Patta, and Pippali, all of which are Agni-stimulating herbs.
