Bolbaddh Ras Tablet from Baidyanath (Jhansi) serves as an alternate, hemostat, and astringent. Ingredients: Giloy, hypoglycemic, and kajjali Benefits: It's helpful in the treatment of bleeding piles, leucorrhea, raktapitta, and menstrual reproduction. Giloy has a laxative (agent that promotes bowel movement) effect that is beneficial in treating constipation. It also has a hypoglycemic (agent that lowers blood sugar level) effect that is beneficial in treating diabetes. Kajjali is a mixture of shuudha gandhak (sulphur) and parad (mercury). It is capable of eliciting sexual desire. Helps in the treatment of bleeding piles, leucorrhea, raktapitta, and menstrual reproduction. Giloy has a laxative effect (agent that stimulates bowel movement), which is beneficial in treating constipation.
